The DAPS 30-Day Promise
You've got 30 days from delivery to decide if your DAPS are the right match. That's the same window you'll find at every major performance footwear brand—because we believe you deserve time to try them on, walk around your kitchen, and decide before you hit the court.
What Qualifies for a Return or Exchange
Shoes need to be in new condition—no scuffs, no court dust, no signs of play. Try them on indoors on a clean surface so they stay pristine if you need to send them back.
Return your DAPS in the original shoebox with all tags and included accessories (like your Blumaka insoles). The shoebox should be in good shape—please don't tape it or use it as the shipping box.
The clock starts when your DAPS arrive at your door, not when you place the order.
If you've worn your DAPS on the court within the 30-day window and they're just not working for you, we'll offer store credit for the purchase amount. Shoes must be returned in reasonable condition with original packaging. (Refunds are reserved for unworn pairs only.)
Why Do Shoes Need to Be Unworn for a Refund?
We know this question comes up, so let's talk about it. Every performance footwear brand—from On to APL to our friends across the pickleball aisle—requires shoes to be unworn for a full refund. Once a shoe hits the court, the outsole compound picks up wear patterns that can't be reversed, and we can't resell it as new. It's an industry-wide standard that lets us keep prices fair and quality high for every player.
Pro Tip: Try your DAPS on indoors, on a clean floor. Walk around. Do some lateral shuffles in your living room. If the fit isn't right, they'll still qualify for a full refund or free exchange.
How It Works
Click the button above (or click here). Enter your order number and email. No need to email us separately—the portal handles everything.
Pick the shoes you want to return or exchange, and let us know the reason. Want a different size or color? Choose exchange. Want your money back? Choose refund.
We'll email you a shipping label. If you have Checkout+ coverage, the label is fully covered. If not, the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges always ship free.
Place your shoes and all original materials back in the DAPS shoebox. Use the second adhesive strip to reseal it. Then place the shoebox inside a shipping box or mailer—don't use the shoebox itself as the outer package. Stick the return label on the outside and drop it off.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on at checkout for $2.98. It covers your return shipping label so nothing gets deducted from your refund, and it protects your package if it gets lost or damaged on the way back to us. Think of it as peace of mind for less than the price of a pickle (the food, not the ball).
Exchanges always ship free—with or without Checkout+. We want to make it as easy as possible to get the right pair on your feet.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5–7 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. We'll email you as soon as it's processed. Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional business days to post the funds—that part's on them, not us.
Received the Wrong Item or a Defect?
That's on us, and we'll make it right—fast. If your DAPS arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us at support@daps.fit right away with your order number and a photo. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted without any return shipping cost to you.
A Note on the Shoebox
Your DAPS ship in a custom-designed shoebox with dual 3M adhesive strips—one to open, one to reseal. It's built so you can close it right back up if a return is needed. If the second strip doesn't feel totally secure, just add a little packing tape and you're good to go.
