At DAPS, we’re committed to helping you perform your best—and that starts with making sure your shoes feel right. If something’s off with the fit, color, or you simply had a change of heart, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and smooth.

Our Return & Exchange Promise


30-Day Try-On Window
You have 30 days from the date your DAPS are delivered to decide if they’re the right match.

Keep Them Looking New
To be eligible for return or exchange, shoes must be in new, unworn condition—no scuffs, dirt, or signs of court play. All original tags and included accessories must be returned with the shoes.

Pro Tip: Try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface to keep them pristine in case they need to come back.

Return in the Original DAPS Shoebox
Your DAPS ship in a custom-designed shoebox that doubles as your return packaging. Each box features dual 3M adhesive strips:

  • >The first seals the box for delivery.
  • >The tear-away strip opens it cleanly.
  • >The second adhesive strip lets you reseal it securely if a return is needed.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

We use Loop Returns to power our easy self-serve return process. Just follow these steps:

  • Visit Our Returns Portal @ daps.loopreturns.com

  • Enter Your Order Info
    Have your order number and email address handy.

  • Select the Item(s) and Reason
    Tell us what you’re returning and why.

  • Choose Refund or Exchange
    You can swap for a new size or color, or request a refund.

  • Print Your Label
    We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for the return.


Sending Your DAPS Back

  • >Place the shoes and all original materials back in the DAPS shoebox.
  • >Reseal using the second adhesive strip.
  • >Attach the return shipping label to the outside.
  • >Drop it off at the designated carrier listed with your label.


Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 5–7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional business days to post the funds.


Return Shipping Fees

If you did not opt into Checkout+, a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Checkout+ (Optional at Checkout)


For just $2.95 at checkout, you can add Checkout+, our low-cost coverage that gives you hassle-free discounted returns.

How it works: When you add Checkout+ during checkout, your return shipping label becomes fully covered, no deductions from your refund, and no surprise fees later. If your return package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re protected and eligible for a replacement or refund with no extra cost.

If Checkout+ is not selected during checkout, a $12 return shipping fee will apply if you decide to return your order later.
