🎃 DAPS Halloween Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility

The DAPS Halloween Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and partners of DAPS, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and household members), are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

 

How to Enter

🎃 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To participate, entrants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

  1. Follow DAPS on at least one official social media platform — Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

  2. Subscribe to the DAPS email and/or SMS newsletter.

Each eligible participant who completes these steps will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. Multiple follows or subscriptions do not increase the chances of winning.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on October 31, 2025.

Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted or considered.

 

Prizes

A total of 31 discount codes will be awarded. Each code will offer a random discount ranging from 100% off to 31% off any DAPS product available at daps.fit.

  • Discount codes are single-use and non-transferable.

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • DAPS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

All winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries on or before November 1, 2025.

Winners will be notified via the email or phone number provided during subscription.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, DAPS reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All decisions by DAPS regarding the Contest and winners are final and binding.

General Conditions

By entering this Contest, participants agree to:

  • Comply with all Contest rules and decisions made by DAPS.

  • Allow DAPS to use their name, social media handle, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.

  • Release and hold harmless DAPS, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or use of any prize.

DAPS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances compromise its integrity or fairness.

Privacy

All information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with the DAPS Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be used exclusively for Contest administration and for communications related to DAPS promotions, newsletters, or product updates.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social platform.

By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability associated with the Contest.
